Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers to common questions about our platform.

How do I register my robot?
Enter your RIN (Robot Identification Number) on the dashboard after creating your account. You can find the RIN on a label on your robot's torso or in the manufacturer documentation. Registration takes less than a minute and immediately unlocks the full brain marketplace for your robot's make and model.
Which robots are supported?
We support Tesla Optimus, Figure, Boston Dynamics Atlas, Agility Digit, 1X Neo, Unitree, Sanctuary AI, and Apptronik. Our HAL (Hardware Abstraction Layer) ensures brains work seamlessly across all supported platforms. New manufacturers are added regularly through our certification program.
Can I try brains before purchasing?
Yes, all brains offer a 14-day free trial with full functionality. No credit card is required to start a trial. After the trial period, you can purchase a subscription or switch to a different brain. Your robot will gracefully revert to its default state if the trial expires without purchase.
How does brain installation work?
One-click install with automatic backup of your current configuration. The platform creates a full system snapshot before installation, runs compatibility checks, installs the brain, and performs automated verification tests. If anything goes wrong, it automatically rolls back to your previous state. The entire process typically takes 2-5 minutes.
Where are your service centers?
We have 50+ certified service centers across the United States, with three tiers of service: Express Kiosks for quick updates and diagnostics, Full Service centers for hardware repairs and deep calibration, and Regional Hubs for advanced rebuilds and manufacturer warranty work. Use our Service Center locator to find the nearest location.
How do AI agents interact with the platform?
AI agents connect via our MCP (Model Context Protocol) server on port 8765 with 25+ tools for autonomous fleet management. Agents can search and purchase brains, install and swap brains, schedule service appointments, run diagnostics, and manage entire fleets programmatically. Full API documentation is available in our Developer Portal.
