Pricing FAQ

Can I change plans at any time?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, the new rate is prorated for the remainder of your billing cycle. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing period. There are no cancellation fees.
Do you offer volume discounts for large fleets?
Absolutely. Enterprise plans include built-in volume discounts starting at 10 robots. For fleets of 50 or more, contact our sales team for custom pricing tailored to your specific needs and usage patterns.
What happens after the 14-day free trial?
After the trial, you can choose to subscribe to any plan. If you decide not to continue, your robots will revert to their default configuration with no charges. We will never auto-charge you without explicit consent. All data is retained for 30 days after trial expiration.
Are brain purchases included in service plans?
Service plans cover platform access, support, and maintenance. Brain licenses are purchased separately through the Brain Marketplace and have their own pricing set by developers. However, Professional and Enterprise plans include discounts on select brain subscriptions.
